If there is a property you like do not delay in viewing, the rental market moves fast and any delay could cost you dearly. Call one of our experienced staff to arrange a viewing. 

If you see a property you like you will be asked to put a holding deposit down; this is equivalent to one week's rent.  The property will not be taken off the market until this is received. You will also be asked for your details, such as mobile numbers and email address. You will then be asked to complete your reference forms online - you will have 48 hours to complete the application. 

Once we receive your references back and have been accepted you will be asked to confirm the day you wish to move in. A tenancy agreement and inventory will be prepared. You will be asked to pay your first months rent and  balance if your deposit, This must be paid in full at least 24 hours before your move in date.

We will meet you at the property to give you the keys, take meter readings, go through the inventory and answer any questions you have. 

You will have seven days to make any changes to the inventory, after that it will be recorded that you have accepted the inventory in full.
